By accessing and using the Tulizoreli website (tulizoreli.life) and/or making a reservation at our hotel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Tulizoreli reserves the right to cancel reservations if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Guests must present valid photo identification and the credit card used for the reservation upon check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Group bookings (5+ rooms) have a separate cancellation policy — please enquire directly.
All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for that reservation.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or damage hotel property. Tulizoreli reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
Tulizoreli shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to guests or their property unless caused by the hotel's negligence. Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables. The hotel's liability shall not exceed the value of the guest's stay.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics and design — is the property of Tulizoreli and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
